The trilogy covers all aspects of life, the connection to Heaven (book one), the connection to yourself (book two), and the connection to your children (book three). In this book one Happiness is a Superpower from Heaven Frey shares the current teachings about how to connect to the Universe, Source, or Heaven (whatever you want to call it) and helps you to find Happiness by connecting to Heaven and find your own Heaven here on Earth.
The book is divided into three parts. Part One talks about the Basics around what is Energy, what is Intuition and how can I work with it. Part Two covers what Heaven means, what Miracles are, how Heaven is connected to the Angels and Oneness. The final Part Three of the book is about finding Heaven Within You and what this means for you and your life.
Happiness is a Superpower. By connecting with the Heaven you can find this Superpower. This book shall bring spirituality to everyone, bring closer all the mystical parts of life that many people avoid out of fear or out of a believe that this is only for other people but not for themselves. Spirituality is for everyone. Everyone is spiritual. Frey gives you tools to connect to your own spirituality and helps you grow this spirituality.
